80th Independence Day Celebration at Whitehall School

Whitehall School celebrated the 80th Independence Day of India with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. The programme began with a prayer and pledge, followed by an impressive NCC Drill and Guard of Honour.

The National Flag was hoisted by the Principal, Ms. Nina Manral, followed by the National Anthem and patriotic songs. The celebration continued with the NCC March Past, March Past by Four Houses, Pyramid Formation, and Primrose Block Performance, showcasing discipline, teamwork, and creativity.

The School Captain (Bhavesh Joshi) and Vice-Captain (Kartikey Dalakoti) delivered an inspiring speech, followed by a captivating Dance Drama and an energetic dance performance by the NCC Cadets.

The occasion was graced by the esteemed Directors, Mrs. Erickson and Mr. Erickson, along with the Principal, Ms. Nina Manral. Director Mr. Erickson addressed the gathering, sharing an inspiring message on patriotism, responsibility, and the role of young citizens in nation-building. This was followed by an encouraging address by Principal Ms. Nina Manral, who motivated students to uphold the values of unity, discipline, and integrity.

The celebration concluded with enthusiastic patriotic slogans, leaving everyone filled with pride and love for the nation. It was a memorable celebration of freedom, unity, and the spirit of India.
