Admission Procedure

  • The Application process to Whitehall School begins by submitting a duly filled application form online.

    Note: Application forms are available offline too, the same can be collected from school office.

  • After filing the application form, parents are required to schedule an appointment for an informal interaction to meet the Principal. This is mandatory.

  • 3. For STD I- Std V: Age as applicable for the class.

Selection: Management/ Principal's discretion after one to one meeting/ Interview with the parents and child and the number of vacancies available.

For Std VI , VII, VIII , IX and Std XI: Age as applicable for the class. Entrance Test will be conducted in Mathematics, Science and English. Selection based on performance and the number of vacancies in that particular class.

Admission test are held in the month of March every year.

The minimum eligibility age for different classes as on the 1st of April is as follows :–

At the time of registration, photocopy of annual report card of previous school must be submitted. No child will be admitted without transfer certificate obtained from the last school attended.

At the time of admission following documents are to be submitted with Admission form:

i) Birth certificate

ii) Transfer certificate of last institution

iii) Latest Photograph

iv) Report card of previous school attended

v) Photo copy of the Aadhar Card
