DISMUN 2026

Whitehall School, Lamachaur proudly participated in the Dikshant International School Model United Nations (DISMUN) 2026, held on 13th and 14th July 2026 at Dikshant International School. The event commenced at 8:00 a.m. and concluded at 6:00 p.m. on both days.

A total of 23 students from Classes X, XI, and XII represented the school alongside participants from several neighbouring schools. Students were assigned to different committees and actively participated in committee sessions, including the General Speakers' List (GSL), Joint Crisis Committee (JCC) rounds, cross-questioning, and diplomatic debates, which enhanced their research, communication, and critical thinking skills.

The school delivered an outstanding performance, with the following students receiving awards:

- High Commendation: Shaurya Jalal (Class XII)

- Special Mention: Anshika Negi (Class XII)

- Verbal Mention: Mehak Pandey (Class X), Kartikeya Dalakoti (Class XI), Ishita Goswami (Class XII), and Kartik Pandey (Class XII)

The event was graced by Professor Navin Chandra Lohani as the Chief Guest. The conference provided an enriching platform for students to develop leadership, diplomacy, and public speaking skills while bringing laurels to the school.
