WhiteHall School, Lamachaur Haldwani Students Shine in Pre-State Shooting Championship
Haldwani: Students of WhiteHall School, Lamachaur Haldwani delivered an outstanding performance in the Pre-State Shooting Championship held from May 12 to May 15 at the Jaspal Rana Shooting Range, Dehradun, bringing pride to the school. Around 1150 participants took part in the competition, in which 9 students from WhiteHall School participated, and all 9 successfully qualified through the pre-state level.
Out of these 9 students, 4 qualified for both the State Championship and the All India Open Competition. The remaining 5 students, who belong to the Under-12 category, also secured qualification for the State Level competition.
Despite having limited practice time and a short preparation period, the students performed exceptionally well. This achievement was made possible through the guidance of Shooting Coach Prasun Sanwal along with the hard work and dedication of the students.
School Director Anand Samuel Erickson congratulated all the selected students and Shooting Coach Prasun Sanwal for this remarkable achievement. He stated that the students’ discipline, dedication, and the coach’s proper guidance helped them achieve such excellent results within a short span of time.
The school management and parents also expressed happiness over the students’ achievement and wished them success in the upcoming state and national-level competitions.
